It can take from a half-hour to several hours to see all of our animals and exhibits—more if you stop for lunch or a snack, spend extra time in an area of special interest, or talk with a park ranger. With award-winning exhibits, nature trails, farm animals, and great public and education programs, there's a lot going on at Oxon Cove Park. But with so much to see and experience, where do you begin? Directions From Virginia- Head North on 495/95. Once over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, take exit #3A on MD-210/Indian Head Highway going South. Stay in Right lane. Take the first exit for MD-210 North towards Forest Heights. At second stop light turn right onto MD-414/Oxon Hill Road, heading East. The first light you will come to is Bald Eagle Road*. Make a left onto Bald Eagle Road driving on the bridge over the beltway. This will lead you into our parking lot. Park in the parking lot and take one of the two gravel roads into the farm.
